Perfect transaction with ZOANTHUS, purchase conforms to expectations, however a downside on the delivery made a week late by chronopost that I strongly advise against using because accustomed to the situation, unacceptable when you know that I had paid 8.76 euros in shipping costs to deliver a small bottle of 50 ml, fortunately ZOANTHUS has reimbursed these costs, I appreciate the gesture.

A chronopost parcel arrived late, and the shopkeeper gave me a credit note for half the cost of postage... I didn't want a credit note, but a refund, for the full cost of postage, because, in addition, the amount was close to the free standard delivery. And, to top it all off, the order that arrived late was the wrong one, with the wrong products. Mistake made up for the next day.
