What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case.
