Hello. Following my order, I have received a very good Nanostream 6045 turbelle pump from Tunze. However, I can't close the Comline Filter 3163 case, which I opened for cleaning before putting it in the aquarium. Finally, the Cu Profi test I received in January has an expiry date of July 2020, i.e. six months to run 50 tests! Please let me know if it's advisable to place the comline filter in water, in the hope that expansion will allow it to close properly, as well as fixing the baffle in front of the turbine. What about the copper test, which is only valid for 6 months? Is it possible to exchange these two elements? Thanks in advance

I ordered from this site because I needed the items quickly. At the time of my order all the items were advertised as being in stock but at the time of delivery the filter foams were missing. I went back to the site and it still said that there were 9 items left in stock. However, it is clearly stated "Stock levels are updated in real time on each product sheet".

Your package left our warehouse in less than 24 hours and was delivered within 2 days by Mondial Relay. (normal delivery time: 2/4 days). For more urgent orders, other carriers are available. For product explanations, did you contact me, if so I have no trace of them? Instructions are included on all packaging, followed by a more detailed explanation on all online product sheets. Of course, if that's not enough, I'm available by phone and email 7 days a week. For the 5% discount on your first order, everything is explained on the Zoanthus website. The first step is to sign up for the newsletter. A discount code is then sent to you by email, which you enter in your basket before placing your order.
