It would be nice to be able to insert a delivery window with DPD!

In positive terms, the product matches what was advertised on the website. They sent it quickly, fast without delays. The information and communication are excellent. In negative terms, the packaging is the product's own box, which makes it easier to get damaged. In one of the glasses, there was a drop of water, as if they had tested the operation before sending it, that's great but if that's the case, they should inform about it. One of the glasses was poorly tightened, loose, and when turning on and operating the equipment, the water started to spill out forcefully staining everything, they should put some paper informing to check the glasses in case they moved during transport or while testing the mechanism and are not properly adjusted. One of the small blue pieces that secure the tubes to the glasses was missing, looking in the box, it appeared loose among the cardboard at the bottom. Other than that, very happy with everything, very good quality-price ratio and attention in general, if it weren't for those small details, they deserve 5 stars. Very happy. I would buy again on this online page, company. Thank you very much for everything.

Fast shipping, well-packaged parcel. Sent by DPD which is generally a good carrier. Small downside this time. While I was waiting for the delivery at home as planned, DPD left the package in one of the most remote points of the city. Too bad, otherwise it would have been perfect.

Excellent site, quality product, good value for money, quickly shipped (often by DPD unfortunately), I take away one star because many products are regularly out of stock.

Aside from the MB20 box which is open and taped for some reason, whether it is the delivery person or the sender... the rest of the products are intact.

The products I ordered were carefully packaged and I really appreciated the little gift. However, the BRT courier in Italy initially lost the package which was delivered to me a week late. In that package, there were medicines I had ordered for my sick fish that have since died. The store is not at fault, the courier needs to improve.
