Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday. The delivery time is estimated at 2 working days. No package is delivered by Swiss Post on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The Easter weekend extended the processing of the shipment by La Poste. However, we note an abnormal blockage of your package from April 20 to April 23 on the platform of 8920 Urdorf Paketzentrum. Distribution occurred on Monday, April 25, 2022. We are refunding the shipping and packaging fees and opening a claim with La Poste. 2- For 1000parfums.ch, we indeed regret a reference error.
