Thank you for your comment which has received our full attention.
During the period from mid-March to early May, no deliveries were possible due to the completely exceptional and unprecedented situation we have experienced. As you know, many brands have stopped their production of perfumes and cosmetics to manufacture hydro-alcoholic solutions.
By the end of June, our entire catalog should be available again...

I have never ordered neck cream from you, only the youth cream and the regenerating cream but I did not return it because it was too complicated as you do not facilitate returns. Prefer to remove the neck cream from my data! Thank you

However, as you will see on your order confirmation of 01/24/2020, the following two items were indeed validated:
Ref. 2211 Jean D'Avèze - Neck and Décolleté Cream with Cranberry Oil 1x
Ref. 2048 Jean D'Avèze - Regenerating Raspberry Seed Cream 1x
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, article 10 - Return Article, you do indeed have the possibility to return the product ordered by mistake no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
We will immediately proceed with the replacement. The merchandise must be returned undamaged, unopened, in its original packaging and by unit of packaging. The organization of the shipment as well as the return costs are entirely your responsibility.
We regret this unfortunate setback and fully understand your disappointment, however, our responsibility is not engaged in this situation. We are pleased to offer you the shipping costs for any exchange.
