Quick processing of the shipment and shipping. Unfortunately, no email notification with the tracking link. The tracking number must first be searched in the user account.

Following our various exchanges, and your direct approach to us to express your dissatisfaction, we are pleased to inform you that our supplier has proceeded to exchange the bottle ref. 3158 Reminiscence - Rem - 20 ml which was cracked.
It is always difficult to determine with certainty the origin of this type of incident which remains quite exceptional: shock during various transports, a defect in the bottle, a problem during the filling of the bottle, ...
For the sake of clarity and commercial seriousness, let us review the different stages of the processing of this file:
Friday 31.05.2019: Announcement of the problem you noticed upon receipt
Monday 03.06.2019: 1000parfums.ch acknowledges receipt and responds to your message, sending a return form and a La Poste barcode for the reshipment of the bottle
Thursday 13.06.2019: You drop off the package at La Poste
Monday 17.06.2019: 1000parfums.ch receives your package
Tuesday 18.06.2019: 1000parfums.ch informs the brand distributor of the problem encountered with the bottle
Thursday 20.06.2019: The distributor agrees to process our request
Monday 24.06.2019: Receipt by the distributor of the damaged bottle and expertise
Thursday 27.06.2019: Follow-up from you and immediate response from 1000parfums.ch. At the same time, acceptance by the distributor to replace the bottle.
Monday 01.07.2019: Sending by the distributor of a new package
Wednesday 03.07.2019: Receipt of the distributor's shipment
Thursday 04.07.2019: 1000parfums.ch reships the bottle to you.
As we indicated, the processing time of about 15 days is quite standard in this type of procedure. However, between your announcement and the receipt of your package, 18 days have passed!

Thank you for your comment. After verification, the delivery time by La Poste is indeed compliant. All our packages are shipped in PostPac Economy Signature. Delivery usually occurs within 2 business days, from Monday to Friday. Your payment was credited to our account on Thursday 20/06/2019 and we proceeded with the shipment the same day. Packages are handled by La Poste around 3:30 PM. Delivery occurred on Monday 24/06/2019 at 11:10 AM. As a reminder, there is no delivery on Saturday. Therefore, a deposit on Thursday is delivered on Monday, which is 48 hours (2 business days) see the "Our advantages" section Fast delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Thank you for your communication. Due to a large catalog, finding the ideal packaging for each reference is almost impossible. That’s why we do everything to ensure our packages leave our depot well packaged, contents well secured and padded so that they move as little as possible; packages are subjected to several manipulations, jolts, pressures, friction, and shocks during the various stages of transport by La Poste. We will certainly evolve, ecology is an absolute priority today even for small businesses.
