Furthermore, on your customer account, under shipment, the package number is indicated, allowing you to track the shipment. Although we do everything to ensure that our packages leave our depot well packaged, with contents well secured and cushioned to minimize movement, packages are subject to multiple handling, jolts, pressure, friction, and shocks during the various stages of transport by La Poste. It seems that the problem is minor, however, do not hesitate to inform us of such an event as soon as you receive your package.
