Your order was validated at 11:44 on Friday 18/02/2022 and was processed and shipped on Monday 21/02/2022. You received your package on Wednesday 23/02/2022 at 09:41. However, you are right that if the processing had occurred on the same day, you would have received the order on Tuesday 22/02/2022! The order has certainly been delayed in our management system. According to our terms and conditions, orders that arrive after 12:00 are processed on Monday...
