You are right, the merchandise was confused within our shipping service.
We regret the inconveniences caused and ask you to accept our sincere apologies for our delivery error.
Information taken from our supplier, the official distributor of the PUPA brand, we were informed quite late that ref. 4183 - Super Invisible Bronzing Spray SPF30 is no longer offered currently in Switzerland. It is still available on the official PUPA website. We do not have, to date, more information, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Only SPF15 (ref. 4182) and 6 (ref. 4181) are still available at the price of CHF 22.00 as well.
If you wish to modify your order, please do not hesitate to communicate the replacement reference to us.
If however this proposal does not meet your expectations, we will immediately proceed to refund your order to your PayPal account.
You will also need to provide us with your bank details in order to transfer the shipping costs of CHF 11.00 paid for the return of the merchandise.
