We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have arisen. 1- The shipment: your order from Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 4:29 PM was recorded and shipped on Thursday, April 14, 2022. According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday. The delivery time is estimated at 2 working days. No package is delivered by Swiss Post on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The Easter weekend extended the processing of the shipment by La Poste. However, we note an abnormal blockage of your package from April 20 to April 23 on the platform of 8920 Urdorf Paketzentrum. Distribution occurred on Monday, April 25, 2022.
