Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.

(I wonder how they can track it if it is not supposed to be in transit). 5º Entering in my 1001maquetas account and checking my order etc I see a tracking number ....!!!!! surprise !!!! must be courtesy of 1001maquetas and finally they send it to me with tracking. 6º Nothing at all, another joke for the poor victim who has trusted you. 7º This tracking number does not exist. As I said before, seeing the multiple complaints about you in situations like mine, I don't understand why you do this.
