Rip off company Don't Use After ordering items that were all supposed to be in stock from a UK.co. webpage I discovered that they are in France??? They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid

I visit this site I look at an article and hop it is in my basket and impossible to remove it ! ! Forced sale or bug? In any case, I don't order on a site that forces the basket without being able to delete it. So at the end of my visit, I have 8 items in my basket that I didn't put in! So good luck with this

I received the wrong item. Due to the lack of a return slip, it was only possible to return the item after I had to prove that it was wrong. --- QUOTE: ""Please find enclosed a return label for the boat you received. Yours sincerely, Customer Service"" QUOTE End --- Here the customer is seen as a potential fraudster! I then returned the wrong item. The parcel company has confirmed delivery! But 1001 Modellbau cannot find the return shipment! So no money back. Great! I wonder who is the fraudster here! If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration, it's better not to order here!!!!! And don't be fooled by the German presentation. This is a French company. That doesn't make a subsequent legal dispute any easier!

Unable to set the average (2.5), I opted for the low option... Despite a well-stocked catalog, my first two orders took too long to process for my liking: almost 15 days between order and receipt, with: products indicated as being in stock when in fact they weren't; very long reaction times for order tracking information; slightly expensive delivery to a relay point; a surprisingly long delivery time; no contact form on the site and no reply to messages sent by mail....; despite everything, the products were received and were exactly as ordered. By way of comparison, when I didn't see my second order arrive, I placed an order on a competitor's site: same products delivered to my home within two days of placing the order, and with the same costs.

Price-performance ratio is out of proportion

Product in stock at time of order, delay far too long + express delivery paid in addition which does not deliver to my home because coli supposedly too large. Suoer combo. I ordered the same day something else on flash rc received the next day!!!! I do not recommend

Order placed on 240719 Package arrived damaged and late (arrive on 010819) although I had taken Colissimo to have it no later than July 30 for a birthday.

Delivery problem: 20 days after order and payment! Item returned to 1001 maquette without having passed through my home. No commercial action to solve the problem as soon as possible: 1001 maquette kindly waits for the article to come back to them before sending it back to me via another delivery source. In the meantime, days go by and I still haven't received anything (even though it's been paid for, I remind you). It would have been enough to send me another item identical to the first one and solve the problem on their side with the first delivery company, but I guess 1001 maquette doesn't care about satisfying the best (and therefore also the fastest) s

3 weeks ago I placed an order. 10 days ago the package was retained at the post office for incomplete address and they do not know how to give me a solution.

My disastrous experience began on July 3, 2019 almost a month ago from this review. I placed a 70€ order with the free shipping offered for purchases over xx € on the website. After having exceeded the deadline that was given in the tracking of the order I contacted them and they told me that if after three weeks I had not received it I should contact them again. According to what they told me on the web they warned me that this could be the maximum shipping time (I didn't see any warning at the time but I don't rule out that this is the case). After three weeks I contacted them again and they said they would investigate the problem. That was the last I heard from them. I have been trying for 5 days to get an explanation from them but they do not answer my emails. I guess now I will have to file a complaint with the consumer office. I strongly advise against buying from this store. UPDATE 190819: after acknowledging to me last August 7 that the carrier pediel I ask them to refund the amount paid. They answer me that until the carrier does not return the package they can not return the money (I do not know how they are going to return it if it is lost). A month and a half after the order I still haven't seen the package or my money. UPDATE 070919: and it's been more than two months and I still haven't heard anything. I have already filed a complaint with the European consumer office.

Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Never again. Corrupt actions abroad poor communication at the expense of the customer!!! Over 200 euros is a lot of money I have to work for!
