A very mediocre service they sell and charge references that appear in stock and then it is not true.The transport company disappeared ..... a very bad experience after paying in advance...... do not deliver all products paid and can take up to a month and a half in delivery. This is my first purchase and I am disappointedI am very hesitant to continue as a customer.

the parcel was not delivered as announced. it is paid for and lost in limbo...1001 MAQUETTES must do much better.

total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.

I had to wait until day 7 June ( about 845 hours ) and receive a phone call from the local post office informing me that at their premises there was a very bulky package ( ???? ) and that I could go and retrieve it. Hello I ordered 3 sheets of decals on 11062019 on the history of my order is my colissimo dated at 11062019 with items checked 'COMPLETE' June 13 seeing that my order is not sent I contact you by phone and the surprise I am told that the products ordered were not in stock on 11062019 although they were in stock on the date of my order!!! I should in principle receive it from 21062019 I find the delay very long for an order of 3 plates of decals! I'm part of a model club and I'm the first to order from your site. What's more, I tried to leave a review on your site after several unsuccessful attempts. I contacted your store again to report the problem, and one of your advisers couldn't understand why it wasn't working. I received my ordered vehicle quite quickly but to my regret, once I had unpacked it to put it in the window, I regretted the doubt I had when I sent the vehicle in its packaging to find that the front windscreen was damaged. I find this regrettable, especially for the price of the vehicle, and it's a shame that there isn't a minimum visual check on the shipment before it's dispatched. I'm going to hesitate twice before placing another order. It's a shame because I'd spotted about ten vehicles that I needed, but I'm going to look on another site because I was disappointed with my order.

If you don�t mind the slightly longer delivery time as it�s coming from abroad then this is the ideal company. Huge choice of items in my case enamel paints at a better price than I could find anywhere else. Happy all round thanks.

Delays worthy of the middle ages. The products are advertised as being in stock....but ordered on May 31st and as of June 13th...still not delivered.

The question was whether it was enough as I needed it relatively quickly but that's not really the point any more... no confirmation of receipt...on request my parcel was made ready for dispatch before my order according to the time stated in the mail...I refused to accept the parcel on 15.5. and until today nothing has arrived at your address????
