Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Never again. Corrupt actions abroad poor communication at the expense of the customer!!! Over 200 euros is a lot of money I have to work for!

total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.

Sadly I am currently disappointed. I have paid and received the wrong products that were destined for another customer. I sent an email in both English and French with the details of the described above to which I have had no response. Please reply to my email and send me the correct products!
