Shipped from overseas. The model kits are just what I ordered. Couldn't be happier.

Out of stock, overpriced late postage. Ordered 17 packs of card dividers in various colours, left 4 packs out as stated out of stock on site. A while after ordering was notified they had to get stock in, even though it stated in-stock and i refreshed up until purchasing, and you cannot purchase if out of stock. Items came 2 1/2 weeks later in oversized box, with an invoice thats in French. Postage was way overpriced at over £7. Product was as described, which is the only plus.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed in the shipping my package was left on the mailbox because it didn't fit the courier didn't even deign to ring the doorbell since I was home and could have picked it up in person. I wonder what would have happened if I had not seen it

Discrepancy of information between site (material available immediately) and actual inventory situation (material available in days) resulting in incorrect communication about material delivery. Information ""revisable"" regarding tracking of shipment and consequent status of material. The survey request arrived that not even the material had left and exchange of several communications to get information and tidbit final material delivered and from the site communication that the package had left. To you the appropriate comments. Check Vs site where you say ""In stock shipments within 24 hours"" and review your response. Only after my info request emails you wrote to me that the shipment would start upon receipt of the material ""present"" but not ""present"".

Paypal fees are wrongly charged, which is no longer allowed since 2018 and is also punished by Paypal. After I reported this to customer service and that I want my money back, I received an email from the other party that they would take care of it. Since 10 days nothing has happened neither the fee has been refunded nor the goods received. I then wrote to customer service again and again no reply! I have reported the case to PayPal. I cannot recommend this store with the best will in the world and will advise everyone against it!

I have been waiting for my parcel for 10 days now and the delivery time was stated as 5-7 days. In addition, the shipment tracking does not work. Too bad. Hope it arrives soon. 25.3.2019 Colors have arrived one color had run out.

The description of a model was wrong. The TU114 model could not be built at all, only another version could be added. The clarification of the complaint was very difficult. The hotline could not speak German on 3 calls.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT! ZERO SERIOUSNESS!!! THEY NEVER GIVE ANY NAME AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO ANSWER OR NOT ANSWER!!!!! I placed an order on DEC 15th and the web gave error in the payment up to two times. I called by phone immediately to confirm the error and see how I could place the order but it went to voicemail and I left a message to which no one answered by phone or e-mail and a few days later without notice the model arrived at home. So I called again to return it since they had not confirmed the shipment at any time and I had to choose another option for the gift. After calls and e-mails in which they confirmed the return without charge, they charged me again the order on my credit card up to three times, reaching a total of almost 400€! Two months later I got the refund but they still refuse to refund the return charges when I was charged for the order.

Announcement of delivery within 24-48 hours (""if ordered before such and such a time"").... delivery after a month... (because an item was not available... So why not already send what's available????). The worst thing is that the unavailable item was not in the parcel we received, and we don't even have any tracking info for it.

I paid an additional 8 euros to the price of the item so that I could receive it within 3 or 4 days. It took more than 10 days to arrive. I complained to 1001 maquetas and they did not refund me the additional money spent. Totally unacceptable. A

Fatal the package came incomplete and we returned it. It is sent to France and through a form that is only in English or French when on the page to buy everything is in Spanish suspicious. The package arrived and they did not accept it. It stayed a lot of days in the French post office. They did not answer the mails and when they did they gave me excuses. Thank goodness we paid with PayPal who reimbursed us the cost of the return (15€) and we opened a dispute and we were able to recover all the money but it was terrible. They didn't know what to do.

I had ordered the 1st Spanish electric submarine, Péra, and I received ... a model of an English steam submarine... Admittedly, I could have returned it to you because the order did not correspond to the product received, although the correct references were on the invoice. But being ill and not having all my mobility I didn't have the courage to queue up at the Post Office to return it to you. In fact, for want of anything better to do, I assembled it: it took me 1 hour and that was it. So it was a very disappointing experience. This was the first time I've contacted you, and unfortunately the test was not conclusive, so this will be the last.

On 25.01.2019 I ordered the item no. HELL52904 (invoice no. DE146167 order no. 156103). Unfortunately I had to realize that 3 colors were not included (No. 11166 and 209). I complained about this defect by email on 11.02.2019 and have not heard from you to date. You had replied to me that you would take care of this matter immediately. When will I receive my missing colors?

Nefasta experiencia. I placed the order on December 12 and I am still waiting for the refund (two months !!!!!) very good words by email and phone but nothing nothing or product or money. My second step will be to file a complaint for this.

They say you rarely get a second chance to make a good impression. For a first order I'm disappointed. This site is a waste of time. An item is indicated as being in stock and after several days you are told that it is unavailable. Refund made one week after the order date. No commercial gesture. I'll never go there again. Before buying I sent an email to know if the product (noted in stock shipped in 24h) would be delivered before 8 days. The answer was positive if you order today which I did and paid for express delivery. When nothing arrived and the site was not being prepared, I called 36 hours before the event for which we needed the gift. I was told (very kindly) that I had ordered a model that was not available! After looking for acceptable alternatives, I ended up taking a model that cost €450 more! and I was assured that it could go immediately and that I'd have it in time. This was not the case and I arrived for the retirement of our colleague with a photo... It was extremely embarrassing, especially for the people who had contributed to the gift. I

Overall Poor Service Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

This used to be a great web sight.You would always get what you ordered.NOW I have ordered models & I don't get them.I have tried to call them & don't get an answer.Bad sight!
