Overall Poor Service Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

Hello I placed an order with you which was paid for a week ago. You tell me that it has been dispatched, but when I look at the parcel tracking it still hasn't been dispatched and of course I still haven't received it. The goods were supposedly shipped, but the shipment number is unknown at DHL.de and the shipment is still in Le Harve (10 days ago) at DHL.com. Customer service has been unable to provide any further information for 5 days!

The item and the box arrived damaged. I contacted the store they attended me right away but first they blamed the carrier when the packaging that came to me was not in bad condition and told me that either I paid the return costs or I kept the broken item and they gave me a voucher of 10 euros as an exception. I did not like the treatment at all. I consider that this store lacks seriousness and I will not buy again.

I am obliged to put a star for my comment to be validated but if it were possible to put negative stars that's what I would do ... it's unacceptable to sell this the dimensions are deceptive the quality is mediocre to pay so expensive shipping costs to wait so long to have his model it's called theft. I had to wait 1 month for the parcel to be sent to me with the rest of the order, and for the unavailable model, a credit note was sent to me without even giving me any other choice. What's more, a week later the product was available, so I went to order it. As the product was a little cheaper (on sale), I thought that would allow me to order it with postage, but postage is not included in the purchase voucher, so in addition to waiting, I had to pay the postage.

First order on this online merchant site and extremely disappointed, annoyed by the organization, the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service. It is noted on the site shipment within 24h. Order placed, no news after 24 hours. So I took the necessary steps myself to find out the status of the order and, as luck would have it, some products were already missing (they were in stock at the time of the order but I wasn't contacted to let them know!). 48 hours later and still nothing, after several reminders that led nowhere, I was assured that the order would be dispatched at the end of the day. What's more, they had a software problem (that's what they tell me) because I received 3 emails telling me that the products in stock are available again. Please check these emails again - it's a problem with the computer server. In short, after 3 lost days, no products were delivered, and what's more, they only reimburse on Wednesdays because their accountant only manages their cash flow on that day. It's really not serious or professional, especially when they dare to tell me that my order is being shipped. It's taking customers for fools.... A LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Finally, they charge exorbitant shipping costs of over 9 euros for a few pots of paint, whereas elsewhere for this price you can get Chronopost delivered the next day. Pitiful. You order 4 small pots of paint and a set of small tools and 4 days later the order is ..... still being prepared. On the other hand, no problem with payment: cashed without delay. The purchase of December 13 has arrived on January 11 when they promised 10 days at most. I added items so that the shipping costs were free which was my surprise when once I made the purchase I saw that this was the option peoe and no tracking number so all this time I have not been able to know anything about my order. The order after a month has not arrived. According to what I ordered they had it in stock. The after sales customer service was null. I have not received anything but I will never buy from them again.
