Model BF109 =117€ ripe for the garbage can I have never seen such an amateurish model anywhere. Models are canceled and sent back, but I have been waiting in vain for the money (5 weeks), it is and remains a bad store in France.

Long turnaround on getting product Long turnaround on getting product. I think there is a scam going on. Leave it to the dirty francois. Go figure. Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that’s worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That’s like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

Bad experience, my order was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday. Order placed paid confirmed 7 days later still nothing. The explanations of 1001 maquette incomprehensible and unjustified. Supposedly shipped. But the model was resold to another person. Conclusion forced to change model. So very disappointed.

Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.

On an advert on the site I had found a miniature plane which was to be supplied in two copies and no scale was specified on the article. But what a disappointment when I arrived..... first of all there was only one copy in my parcel instead of the two promised and moreover the miniature plane was enormous and looked more like a toy than a miniature. Terrible company Terrible company, overpriced, charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods, could not provide a tracking number, and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

Very little seriousness and no professionalism at all! After placing the order and paying for it I have never received it! It turns out that by internal error they have not found out about the PayPal payment that I have made 14 days before my claim and they did not follow up the order to find out why they have not received the money. It turns out that when I asked for the order (with the reference number given by them) they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. At the end of a very unproductive online chat I opted for the REFUND option because I will not deal with this company in the near future...or the distant future!

Well, the package has not arrived yet... so I can not assess more than the delivery time. On the website they give you some deadlines that they miss. Order placed on the 7th of this month and still waiting for it to arrive. Of course if someone needs it for a specific date I recommend that you buy it on Amazon for example because here you have no idea when or how it will arrive... Update: I was invited to wait until the end of the month to write off the order as lost and request a refund. I requested it on November 2nd and on the 20th I still haven't received the money... a real disaster. I really do not go back to comp

Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation. This was very annoying as it was a birthday present which was therefore not delivered on time!

Hello: This is the first time I've ordered from you and the model I received did not correspond to the model seen on your internet catalog. On the catalog it was a special model for a new mould, whereas the model delivered was a model I'd already seen! Absolute disaster. One model canceled before shipping even by phone. is still sent and money is deducted (cheek!!!) now run after the money. The second model (BF109 117-€) completely deletantisch assembled. Motor crooked, controls not adjusted correctly. Conclusion does not fly and is for the ton I never order there again !!! except expensive nothing too good.
