The carrier ""La Poste"" are USELESS. According to the tracking they attempted delivery on 611 again on 711 then again on 1411 and the next notice I have is on 2611 which says they are returning it to sender. They have not called me on my cell phone to arrange a time for delivery nor have they left a note or anything. They have done nothing to try to contact me. Inexplicable. Logically as I think almost everyone I am not 24 hours a day without leaving home but it was as easy as making me a call .... Time wasted now to claim the money and I'm left without the product.... Package not packed with sufficient care. A simple cardboard box too large for its container, closed with a single piece of tape on the top...as a result, the box arrived crushed and even torn in places. The box containing my model was therefore folded and one of the parts inside was detached from its support...free warning as nothing was broken, but it makes me reluctant to recommend anything from you...when we know how little care the postal service takes with parcels, we owe it to ourselves to do better!

Slechte winkel niet aan te raden slechte service niet te vertrouwen nee bedankt ik beveel deze winkel niet aan zeer slechte service heb produkten besteld wegens omstandigheden heb ik ze terug gestuurd zoals het moest. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that’s worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That’s like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

Bad experience, my order was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday. Order placed paid confirmed 7 days later still nothing. The explanations of 1001 maquette incomprehensible and unjustified. Supposedly shipped. But the model was resold to another person. Conclusion forced to change model. So very disappointed.

Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.
