Delivery of 1001 maquettes took twice as long as initially planned. mondial relay did not change the place of delivery to make me happy and correct the delay. Finally, my parcel will be returned because I can't make myself or a third party available to collect it, so my child will only be able to play with his models in 1 month's time.

They forgot to send the package until I complained about it, so it arrived two weeks late with the box open and broken.

First time ordering from these guys and have to say very impressed. Ordered Tamiya panel line accent and Tamiya abs cement which I�ve found hard to come by. Delivery within a week well packaged and good prices. Would definitely use again

Incomplete order - a lot of negotiating to get the rest of the order shipped, especially as the size of the cardboard box received meant that the order really couldn't fit inside unless it was folded in 4! Unable to send the rest of the order in a cardboard box, the model's box is just protected by heat-shrink plastic, resulting in a damaged box that's great for a birthday present. V

Dissatisfied because for a package that should arrive in 4 days ordered and paid on June 12, 2018 we are June 20 and the package has still not left""entrepots"" de Normandie !!!!!! Higher price for slower service. It took over 10 days to receive one model in stock. I ordered 12 items the same day from a competitor and received them in 3 days. Oops, I know where I'm going to shop next!

Order placed on 03.05.2018 ... Goods not received until today. Anyone ordering here must know that it is not delivered from DE. It comes from France. When ordering was specified shipping in 24h this took place only after 15 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Now the package has been damaged and is with DHL. IT NERVT. Very fast delivery, team that listens, I recommend... BUT if I may say so: I ordered a kit and there was a mistake in the choice of paints. I had attached a visual with my order that clearly identified the paints I needed. After contacting you by phone, the member of your team clearly acknowledged that it was a mistake on your part. However, here's what I'm told: It's impossible for you to send me the missing paint because the shipping costs are higher than the product itself. So I have to buy the missing paint at my own expense (which I won't do), even though you are 100% responsible for this error, which you acknowledged... I therefore feel that it was up to you to repair it. It's all the more annoying because I took a lot of time to detail my order: by phone and via the chat on your website. This model is a project close to my heart. It's a pity that this important point (yes, one color less is annoying when you have a precise idea in mind...) has tarnished the experience when a small gesture would have allowed you to make a happy customer. Following your reply, I'd like to clarify, since you don't seem to have read it: I SENT A PHOTO WITH MY ORDER TO CHOOSE THE COLORS. I THEN CONTACTED YOU BY PHONE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE RIGHT COLORS WOULD BE CHOSEN. It was you who advised me to take this kit and that your colleague would select the paints I had requested. The delivery and after-sales service is unfortunate. I bought a model in January and today May 23rd I am still waiting for my money back. Right now they have the model and I do not get my money back in fact they do not even answer my emails. I do not recommend you to buy anything on this site: 1001maquetas Regrettable service! Today 29th day I still have not received my money despite the response from the store.

The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30, not on 5/1,5/2,5/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.

DELIVERY TIME TOO LONG The dispatch note mentions May 3rd. But in fact the parcel only left on May 14th. There was no response from customer service. I will not use this company again.

i ordered a model and had it sent by collissimo. it's been about 8 to 9 days that i've been waiting for the delivery ...it's slowing down with the cost of express delivery billed of course it's going to be the post office's fault the concierge etc. well change the delivery company. i live in paris i'd have wasted less time by going to a model store which i'll do next time.
