The model was VERY reasonably priced and arrived here sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again -- in fact once I finish this kit I probably WILL order another kit from them!

The prices are very expensive and the shipping costs also expensive. There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it. I was able to contact customer service by phone, but the person I spoke to just told me that the parcel was blocked by mondial relay, without offering any solution or even contacting me since. I'm still grateful for the wide choice offered by the site, but this big problem has changed my mind.
