Unreliable and irritating seller. Purchase made a month ago responds with dropper with communications that only serve to stall. At the last request for information repeated twice to get an e-mail in response they wrote to me: ""We have contacted our logistician. We will let you know."". It's been a week and I still don't know anything. By now I am convincing myself that I threw my money away. The delivery address in my order and in their order confirmation is correct and corresponds to a company where there is always someone ready to receive.

A C H T U N G A C H T U N G FRAUD SUSPECTED The goods were ordered and paid for on May 19. No goods to date (June 14) and no response from customer service since June 9. The shipping process is slow since I ordered until it was shipped 5 days passed when the payment was made on the same day. The company despite using a .es domain is not located in Spain but in France which makes shipping more expensive and takes longer. I am used to buy in Europe and normally in 4 days things arrive not in 10 as it has happened and that the shipment was to a metropolitan area of Madrid. If you are in a hurry look elsewhere. ----------------------- Regarding the response from the web the tracking says the following paid on the 31st the day 2 DHL receives the tracking number but the package is not processed (does not really arrive at DHL) until day 6. The reality is that the package has not been delivered to the agency until a week later. From the time the package is delivered to the agency to its delivery if two days but it is 1001 maquetas who defaults by not actually processing the order. I really doubt that 1001 maquetas has in stock everything that I ordered.

Fairly average service. Only take products that are in stock, otherwise you will be systematically billed for shipping costs if you accept shipment in several instalments.

hallelujah!!!..my parcel arrived on 2305...although we had agreed on 1005 by e-mail to send this parcel...13 days is not a bad delivery time. My order was dispatched 8 days ago and has still not been delivered.

I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.

I placed an order on 0104, which was accepted on 0304, with a delivery date between 1204 and 1704 (more than 10 days, which is already a long time). The experience has been NEGATIVE. They lost the package and I had to claim it several times. No one answered my email. When they finally answer and tell me that they will send it to me again, they send you a lot of automatic emails that are useless. Total: Almost a month to receive it. Now comes the worst: the quality is horrible, the photo of the outside looks absolutely nothing like the content (tiny gray pieces without any color) ... thank goodness it did not reach 15 euros (not even the crappiest Chinese has that quality) ... Over a month ago I found on the ""1001 models"" site some products at really competitive prices. When I tried to purchase them, the system informed me that these products I requested would be available in about a month, and so I was willing to wait patiently. At my request to be notified when the items were available a few days ago I received an e-mail from the company informing me that the items were back in stock and so I set out to purchase them as described on the website. On 2142017 I made my choices by placing the products in the shopping cart I made the payment and after a few hours I received an e-mail titled [1001 MODELS] Order Confirmation Fri 214 20:23 with which I received the thank you for ordering from them with the details of the order the order number the amount paid with even the payment method and the description of the products purchased. Monday 244 at 09:16 further e-mail informing me: your order code xxxxxx has been prepared! the same day at 11:09 again an e-mail with the tenor: """Dear Customer The items you ordered are unfortunately out of stock and we do not know when it will be available again. The site offers a wide choice of paints. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed by the delivery. I opted for an express delivery for foreign countries in order to be delivered before the weekend (delivery announced between Wednesday and Friday). This cost me over 30 euros (for 48 euros worth of goods). The parcel was only prepared on Wednesday and arrived on MONDAY! With express delivery at this price, the least you can do is respect the deadlines. Normal delivery cost half the price and was announced for Tuesday... What's more, when I opened the long-awaited parcel, the matte yellow enamel paint I'd ordered had been replaced by aquacolor acrylic!?!! In view of the return conditions (non-refundable delivery and return costs), it's better to deal with it, as the error of the prepayment is not to be taken into account.

Compared to other internet merchants, 1001 maquettes has its shortcomings and refunds for items not supplied are not prompt. So I only go to 1001 maquettes if I can't find it anywhere else. In addition to the slow shipping compared to the prices ordered from you and ordered from rue des maquettes on the same date, your packages usually arrive 45 days after your competitor with the same price.
