8 days to prepare the order is a long, long time. Order placed on January 12 and shipped on January 20. We are on the 28th and still no receipt or notice of default.

After 1 month, still no order, despite confirmation by e-mail that the products had arrived in their warehouse. Dear Supplier Keep your commercial gifts it's not a price problem but a lack of respect for the customer. No exact information on the problem with the order tracking emails false an order from January 4 an arrival in your warehouses on January 12 (email sent by you) 3 times by phone you confirmed a departure the same day a written confirmation on the 22nd validating the sending of the order we are the evening of the 30th and no order delivered. NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES Placed my order for two items that were stated as in stock with a delivery in 10 days from their US store. After I finished with the PayPal payment I was sent a conformation email that stated the items were overseas and to expect 15 business days for delivery. The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

Payment was accepted 1701 for 4 colors I can understand that it is not a major expense but it is not acceptable the site is well structured easy and there is a lot of choice . I remain waiting for someone to answer me ..... Luke

A few days ago I posted a comment here telling my case and as they had kept my money they replied to the comment saying that they would check the status of the refund. NOTHING AT ALL, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY.

For our recent order, everything went smoothly. However, concerning a gift for our son, some friends ordered a model on our advice, but got the scale wrong. After a return a month ago confirmed by collissimo, then a letter and yet another reminder with acknowledgement of receipt, still no refund. Friendly people on the phone, but... I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. In addition to the above the delivery of the package was not made within the stipulated time but was delayed. A disaster I will never buy from them again.

While I have to say I always had a great experience shopping with you, I was surprised when I had recommended your site to a relative who purchased the 1/350 Uss The Sullivans, intending to give it to me as a Christmas gift. He was told it was in another warehouse and charged his card the 59.00 for the kit. After two weeks he had not heard anything and tried to e-mail you but did not recive a reply. He also noted the price had dropped to 29.00$. Since he did not get a response to his emails he cancelled the order. Thanks for ""listening"" Phil

Delay not respected received after Christmas No comment

Ordered on the 10th we are at 30 and I have not received it yet. I will never order anything from this site again and of course I do not recommend it to anyone.

This is the first time I ordered a model from 1001 maquettes. The parcel arrived for Christmas, a Tiger 1 as a 16th Christmas present for our son. But when the boxes were opened, a package of wheels was open and half a wheel was missing. We then sent an email to customer service, which remains unanswered to this day. I was hoping to find a mail-order site I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying again under these conditions, at the risk of throwing our money away and disappointing others. I would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

Glass bottles thrown loose into an empty cardboard box without cushioning. It's a miracle there was no breakage. A major training effort for your shipping staff.

I'm still waiting for my order. My first impression was rather negative, so the delivery time was too long - a child didn't get his present in time yesterday for Christmas. I can't say for sure about the quality.

Hello! I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. I think it was MRW's problem but I don't care I should be informed by the two companies.

1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

I purchase and pay for an item on 24-11-2013 the shipment is made on 3-12-2013 because they tell me on 28-11-2013 that the material is not physically present in the warehouse in the same communication they say that I will receive the package within three days having chosen the option """parcel celere 3"" but on 7-12-2013 a new message arrives saying that the delivery days have magically increased to 57. I receive the item on 10-12-2013 (16 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT) In an envelope with bubble wrap the item is fragile and in fact opening the envelope it is slightly damaged ( in a recoverable way thankfully) I don't want to lengthen the time any longer and decide to keep the item as is. In summary it was my worst buying experience in over 10 years of online shopping around the world.

It's a mockery to ask customers for their opinion when the order hasn't been delivered.

By subscribing to Colissimo plus 2 € I had to receive the package within 7 days instead of 14 days. I received it after 10 days. I therefore missed my son's birthday by leaving on the basis of your time commitment, without which I would have made other purchasing arrangements. The glue cap was broken and cracked, so the glue was unusable.

I ordered an etched part for Horten Go 229 but received a completely different part. Then I wrote an email saying that I had received the wrong item and was told succinctly that unfortunately this can no longer be changed. Would only order from a German company in Germany! Hands off!

The order I placed on 3110 has not yet been delivered !!!! How can I continue my collaboration with 1001 maquettes?

My opinion does not leave on the entire transaction because to date I still have not received my package ... no tracking possible ... not terrible
