I did not receive the correct ordered reference. And I have no feedback from customer service at the moment

Delivery date was a lot later than advertised. On the delivery date there was only a message that the package was damaged. A few days later a message that delivery date was cancelled or changed by me (though I did not do that). Eventually package arrived. I had to look up the changes myself, I did not get updates. Also I did not get any replies on my mails to customer service.

Delivery time much too long, after spending several weeks discovering that an ordered item was no longer in stock...

The item arrived broken, I sent an email as soon as I opened it with photos and details of the damage to the item and almost a week later, I still haven't received any response regarding this... and here I am with my broken item and no solution...

The delivery does not match the order.

The order arrived incomplete. One of the models was missing. From an order totaling 70€, there is material missing worth 20€. I have sent several emails and complaints but no one has responded to me.

It arrived after 20 days, late compared to when I needed it.

One of the items received is different from what was ordered.

Not very pleasant, a shame because my first purchase went well but the second did not.

Two stars because the price remains the most interesting I could find... However, out of 4 products, only 3 were received and no information on the missing product... despite follow-up emails, no response... I will initiate a refund procedure via PayPal, no doubt I will hear back quickly.

Package received but product broken and unusable because poorly protected. At the price we pay for shipping costs, it's a shame to send glass jars just in a thin envelope and without individually protecting the jars. And the customer service is non-existent and does not respond. I will no longer order from 1001Hobbies.

It took 3 weeks before I received an order for which all the items were in stock! Upon receipt, one of the items was not the right one. Several days later, I was asked for photos to verify if what I was saying was true!! Out of the ordinary. Having already made one of the models in duplicate, I no longer have the other box but only the completed model AND the same one received in a double box.

Much longer shipping (7 weeks ...) than announced when ordering the products, all of which were designed as in stock.

The calf is hardened and unusable.

My opinion is that when a customer makes a mistake in an order and asks to stop the shipment, it is professional to rectify and not send it. It happened to me with the last order, now I returned it as it arrived, now I just have to wait for its condition to be checked and for the refund of the charged amount to be made. My experience this time has not been good.

1 order followed by 2 sub-orders, the duration from the original order to delivery is almost 8 months. (!!) This is hardly acceptable. The majority of inquiries to customer service are handled by AI with vague, non-concrete answers. Tracking the status of the order is not possible, it must be done by asking questions to customer service. In this case, with an enormous amount of emails. The only positive is that ultimately the order has been completely delivered after an extremely long wait.

Hello Rather disappointed, missing items refund in the form of a voucher which does not interest me. Package cobbled together from a not-so-great cardboard, also poorly protected the products were placed and they were moving around in the box.

Order placed on September 3, delivery scheduled for September 14... it is mid-October and I still haven't received all the items! The packages took over a month to arrive, and despite two deliveries (on October 10 and 14), the Mark Fit Decal Solution is still missing, even though it is listed as in stock on their website. Customer service no longer responds to my messages, and they even sent back an unnecessary package thinking that a ribbon was missing - when I had already received it. Result: a lot of waiting, mistakes, no clear communication. This is unacceptable for a specialized site. I will now order from Amazon, where the delivery times and tracking are reliable. I strongly advise against 1001 Hobbies, which lacks seriousness and respect for its customers.

The received device is not the one ordered. Ordered with black support, received white support.

I asked for some details, including the battery replacement because the connector is different and I have not yet received a response.

The model box was open, with many loose pieces and the two front tires missing.

The package arrived a month after the order because the outdated site showed the item as available, when in fact it was not at all.

The announced colors do not match.

Very long delivery time! I have been waiting for 5 months for 2 items that were supposed to be in stock when ordered... Not so.

3 months to receive 2 rolls of fabric, 2 spray cans of paint, and one glue really very long especially without notifying on the site about the supply shortage and without apologies. Moreover, unreachable by phone and does not respond to messages. Even from Asia now it's faster. Really very disappointed with 1001 hobbies. Best regards

Order placed in early July 2025, delivery delayed due to a supplier shortage with a delay announced of 1 to 2 weeks. By the end of September still nothing received from 1001hobbies, no message or package. Complaint filed and the situation is resolved. Amazing! Even the AI that answers the phone had no response. A developing structure, did well but times are changing!

The order arrived more than a month later and half of what I ordered is missing. Moreover, customer service is unreachable. This site should be avoided at all costs.

My order arrived broken, I sent an email to 1001 hobbies but still no news from them, I am very unhappy.

Ordered last June for my son who was born on August 25, 2024. Finally received it on Saturday after many emails.
