YOU ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY I ORDERED A HELICOPTER FOR MY GRANDSON THAT COST ME 29.99 AND I RECEIVED THREE LITTLE PLANES THAT I COULD OF BOUGHT AT THE DOLLAR STORE FOR ONE DOLLAR. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ONLY SPOKE IN FRENCH AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR SITE EVER AGAIN.

I have been disapointed so far because I received the wrong order and have had no response from customer service to date... The processing of my order seemed to be OK. I received timely updates regarding when the products would be received for shipping. I also received a notice when the order was being shipped. I received a shipment in 2 to 3 days as was stated. However, I received the incorrect shipment. My order #14439 was not what I received. I received order #14539 which is not mine. I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service ([email protected]) and have had no response yet. The Website states that Customer Service is important to them. I have seen no evidence to date. A customer service telephone number for English speaking customers would be helpful. I am awaiting a response regarding what to do with the incorrect shipment I received and what is the status of my order for which payment was accepted.

8 weeks from purchase to delivery My credit card was charged 29Dec12, and my order arrived 10Feb13. 1001modelkits claimed a delay in their supply chain, but all I ordered was 15 1oz Tamiya paint jars. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. I was therefore charged on the date of my order and to this day there is still no sign of life from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering

Very satisfied with the products ordered. On the other hand very disappointed with your site for the management of addresses (billing and delivery) Nothing is respected even after calling your sales department. A piece of advice: improve your site for delivery and everything will be fine.

After several orders for products supposedly""available"" it turns out that on 1001maquettes these products are not in stock! This is regrettable, and in the end delays are lengthened. Shipping costs are exorbitant! Paying €890 plus shipping to receive a bubble envelope with your products in it is, in my opinion, taking the piss!

Received torn packaging surrounded by tape ""La Poste"" for the package to hold and a callage really done in a hurry that did not allow the model to arrive unscathed.

Unreliable and Unavailable 1001models is a horrible company that does not return e-mails or voice mails for weeks. They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.

what can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag

I ordered a motorcycle model and was really disappointed. When I ordered, the product information was inaccurate (product to be assembled with glue as well as painted). When I received it, I realized that the bike had to be assembled and was already painted..... In addition, the delivery times were not respected, so I offered the model very late, which caused me a lot of inconvenience... I'm absolutely unhappy with my order and am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding the refund.

Delivery times are far too long, especially when compared with competing sites.

I ordered the model "Halberstadt"" on December 12th and received confirmation that it would be delivered within 6 to 9 days. All orders placed before December 14 should reach their destination before Christmas. However, the expected shipment did not arrive until December 28. We were already back from our Christmas visit to our grandfather, who was very excited about the model airplane with the name of his home town. Now I have to send the gift to him later, so it will be delayed again and he will need help to collect it from the post office. I will not be entrusting any more gift requests to this mail order company.

disappointed the pedestal arrived broken which led to scratches on the bike as it was carried around in the packaging (poorly protected in the box with just a piece of paper it would deserve sageax chips or something) each time it was handled. i'll have to do it again.

I placed an order and my payment was accepted on November 24. Today is December 12 and I have just received half of my order from another customer for whom the product was not intended. So I'm missing 1 product out of two. So I'm disappointed! I'm going to place a new order at the beginning of January where I need various products, tools, brushes, paints and models. I hope to have better luck as I find your site very attractive and clearly presented. No hard feelings, I'm still here and hope to become a customer.

I thought I had ordered 2 models because your site is supposed to sell models (given its name). These purchases were gifts for 2 children. For one there was no problem, it was a model boat to be designed. For the other, I received a miniature motorcycle on a stand that had absolutely nothing to do with a model. So I'm going to have to buy something else because I'm not going to send it back to you, I don't have time for that. I will no longer recommend anything on your site. Please unsubscribe me to your newslatters if this has not yet been done.

I wanted to buy a miniature car on the site, but as a result I ended up with a remote-controlled car, which was not specified in the product description. So disappointed I didn't send the product back because the shipping costs would have been at my expense.

i'm quite disappointed because i'd read some very good reviews of this store. but i'm still waiting for my parcel even though my purchase was made more than 15 days ago. what's more, one of the items won't be delivered even though it was marked available when i ordered it and reimbursed with a voucher, which means i'm obliged to recommend it to them even though it wasn't supposed to be...! i'm waiting to receive my purchase so i can really make up my mind, but for the moment it's as good as new!
