I only received half of my order as previously indicated.

I still have not received my order, one item is missing and you shipped the same, how embarrassing you are.

The announced deadline was one week for shipping, but it took an additional 10 days. I contacted customer service to cancel part of the order due to the delay. No follow-up from them. The package was therefore sent late without any communication.

Deadlines not met

Chronopost delivery 24h for delivery Saturday, September 6.......received on Wednesday, 10.... Paid for 24h delivery for.....120 h. Thank you 1001hobbies. Ah, does not respond to messages or phone calls...... "due to a high number of calls.....etc, etc". No wonder. The nephew did not receive his birthday gift on Sunday. Cool

Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.

Order validated on July 24 - supposed to be delivered after a supply delay of 2 weeks - After my request, part of it was sent to me more than a month later, and I am still waiting for the rest - Unsatisfied!!! 1 star for not being able to give none (0).

I paid for a reinforced box, I received the vehicle without bubble wrap or other protections in a regular box

The model I ordered is quite good, unfortunately the elements that are glued on do not detach, I am frankly disappointed with the purchase.

Absolute impudence! Package not sent for 2 months. After inquiry, it was simply sent incomplete without asking or informing me. The money for the missing items was sent to me as a voucher via email after I had to contact them. Fraudulent website, stay away!!

Communication not available. Waited 2 months for my package and half of it was forgotten. Not recommended.

1) Very high delivery time (more than 50 days) 2) Partial delivery in 2 packages 3) The 2nd package was relocated by Chronopost 1 hour from the initial location 4) A product was delivered damaged, while the outside of the package is intact The commercial compensation mitigates the 4 issues encountered, but it is ultimately very insufficient to achieve an average rating Conclusion: I will primarily consider other providers in the future (if the same product exists elsewhere).

Non-compliant package and billing higher than what was sent to me. Terrible service

The model kit is not worth its price. I would like to return it and am waiting for the return label.

Long delay, inadequate packaging (unprotected glass bottle) sealed with commercial brown tape, by the way someone opened the package and resealed it with an easy-to-find piece (nothing was missing)

delivered 2 months later!! Customer service never responds

Honestly not great, it was my second order (07/24/2025), knowing that the first one was already late, with two gunpla models, they are marked "in stock shipped within 1 week" both. After 2 and a half weeks, the site tells me that the supplier is delayed and that my order will be processed as soon as possible BUT I had to call on 08/21/2025 (yes almost a month) to get someone to fix the issue because for her, there was no problem, the two gunpla had been in stock for a while... strangely the next day my order was at the pickup point... At least customer service answers promptly on the phone. I took the risk of ordering from you again, should I expect the worst or the best? cruel dilemma

It's been almost a month since the order was placed, only part delivered after a phone call. In short, it's not great, there are other sites that are much more efficient, I just hope to receive my order in its entirety.

Article indicated available and sent on the same day (05/08/2025) or it was ordered from the supplier and was only shipped on 15/08/2025

The article is supposed to be available, but it is not, it still needs to be ordered. Shipping costs even though it should be free and the actual purchase price is also too expensive. Email address does not work. Contact can only be made through a French address. No recommendation, never again!

I paid for express delivery to give it as a birthday gift, but there was a delivery delay

1 month delivery delay, order accepted and paid while the products are not in stock. Upon delivery, one product was missing and they offered me a credit for the amount of the product to be used on my next order! I will never buy from this site again.

Still have not received the entirety of my order, waiting for the model from the end of June to now 15/08/25! Still nothing... refund request unanswered.

The quality of the crane is not up to par, twisted parts, scale of certain random parts and for your information, delivery by Chronopost 40 kilometers from my home round trip

The received article is not the one ordered and it is broken because it is not new, the figurines were no longer attached with the metal wire that prevents movement

The product has a manufacturing defect and the assembly instructions are not well explained

After 3 weeks of waiting, they told me it was one week! I contacted customer service again to inform me that the payment was not valid even though my bank had debited the amount of the invoice. No one contacted me to inform me of the problem if I hadn't called. I had to send proof from my bank as a precaution that it had been paid. Finally, 2 months later, I received my purchase. Thank you, but no thank you. In return, neither gifts nor apologies. Good bye.

I have not received anything and have been waiting for months for my order.

I received incomplete products and have been waiting for three months. They said they sent two products, but only one. I have already informed them, but there has been no response.

Order arrives late + nothing to do with the photo on the site. I do not recommend.

I placed my order in May, inquired in June, received no response, and in August! the order was delivered. I will not order again.
