One of the boxes sent to me with my order was the wrong one; it took a fortnight to replace it. No commercial gesture. Disappointing for a first experience!

I strongly advise against this site, which obviously takes no account of its customers' e-mails! for me, it's over!

The delivery was 2 weeks late and missed the deadline I specifically asked for. Reading the reviews I can see I’m going to be messed around further when I try to get a refund. Stay away from these guys.

Was promised shipping within 24h. Didn't receive the order until 8 days later!

No serious packaging. Model box arrived flattened even though it was a gift. High price for model taken because of delivery guarantee. Not to be repeated.

Total lack of seriousness, with dimensions announced on the site that have nothing to do with reality. The plane I received was much smaller. Following a complaint and recognition of the error, I was sent the same plane again after a month, which I just had to return again! This site is to be avoided!

I have made large payments a few times now . But the discount of my prime card Does not go well ...Already sent many emails ...but no solution and communication is difficult . That is because I think it is French speaking . And when mail uses the translation computer. Then you do not understand each other...If this problem was not there I would give high rating. Now I advise against purchase discount card prime....

Waited for 6 months for my order they kept telling me that its been delayed. Now I'm struggling to get my refund from them. It must be run by muppet.

While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

The stock was not up to date at the time of purchase, and I was not contacted to find out. In the end, the order was cancelled after an exchange of a dozen e-mails. The refund only came a month later.

3 months waiting for the parcel ... And the article page guaranteed delivery within 3 days ...

The site is simple, clean and gives confidence in the purchase. However, the item I received (a model) was already open when I received the package... In terms of after-sales service, it's been 3 weeks of email exchanges... to find out what the problem is, send a photo... then I'm offered a replacement, but once again I have to send a photo + item number + after-sales service form to fill in with my name and the reason, and finally I'm offered a credit note or a refund, but not the new item, so I'm still exchanging emails and I almost feel like giving up and ordering from another site... (The accessories I ordered were all of the expected quality and packaged... unopened, hooray...)

Dropped the price of a purchased item hours after I purchased. Contacted them to see if they would refund the difference. Didn’t even reply back.

Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name. At least it finally arrived and in time for the birthday that I bought it for.

website doesn't work pleasantly, but everything is in there and can be taken out (sometimes with difficulty). don't be alarmed because is great store with top products and good delivery.

Having made 2 purchases for 2 orders on the same day and within minutes of each other I asked if it was possible to pay only a shipping cost. Negative response. I had already made other purchases but do not think I will make any more.

I am not satisfied, because I received my article very badly packed, and broken.

If you received an overpriced kit that was damaged by the parcel service, and you complain about it, the response you get is that you can return the package, but that you have to pay for the return shipment yourself and it has to be undamaged, opened etc etc. Surely you don't think I'm going to pay more than 7 euros for a damaged package which is completely wrong in terms of size and price. On other sites the package was 16.95 and not 42.95 like I paid. That is why I will never judge you positively....

Waiting more than 1 month to receive a refund of 11.57 euros is unfortunate.

Order not received. After five weeks of waiting, enough was enough. No replies to multiple emails. Got money back, because I paid happily with PayPal. I absolutely recommend against this seller.

Very fast delivery but the little soldiers are very poorly finished, reconsider the way they are made.

Asked to cancel order before it was shipped. Written confirmation of cancelled order. No refund and then order shipped despite multiple emails asking where the refund was.

The egg blower fell apart every time I squeezed the little bellows. Not at all useable—clever idea, though.

I did not receive my complete order. The invoice for my order is #FA 290700. I had ordered and paid for 2 units of the product CMHB09, but only received 1. The rest of the order was delivered correctly.

I never received the boxwood barrels I paid for. Nor was I contacted again about this problem (even by e-mail).

A real nightmare. They take a long time to deliver what they say they have in stock first hand. But the worst thing is that a cancellation of an order of more than 100 € I had to resort to the OCU after a month of purchase to make me the refund. I do not recommend this website at all. They are also the most expensive by far after having discovered other specialized online stores. My recommendation... Flee, you fools!

Did not send me the correct sheet--wrong scale--not the sheet number I ordered. I'm out 50 bucks.
