I had no idea that i was ordering from France. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I had several mis leading emails saying I had not completed my order when I had. Should have made it clear it was not a UK delivery, I would not have ordered such small items from so far away. Products were fine when they eventually arrived

First delivery 3 glass containers in a bubble envelope...one broken and leaking. Purchase price refunded plus 5€. Second order one item not delivered but wrong product. German language site suggests that delivery comes from Germany (my personal perception) but comes from France and takes too long in my opinion. You are asked if you want to be contacted about the complaint, you say NO and are contacted anyway. One star is far too much in my opinion. Not recommended!

Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend this seller. The mock-ups were OK, but there was a 20-day delay with no information. I had to call again to finally learn that 1 can of paint was missing at 2 € which stopped an order of more than 250 €. In 3 weeks, no one was able to contact me to find a replacement! The icing on the cake was that some paints dried in their mini bottles. Not much from Pro!!! The good thing is that I looked elsewhere and found the same products.

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. unfortunately i have had two negative experiences with this store. the first with raf field huts, one of which arrived very damaged. the second very recently with a small russian ww2 fighter in the box of which there is no decal board. i am a gold buyer on ebay and therefore not a bad lay but bad luck has struck twice at the same place.

Hello I ordered a product from you with the following order number HVEXS17JQ you didn't have it in stock so I cancelled my order but you sent it to me anyway. You offered to reimburse me if I didn't get my parcel back, which I did under your advice. I still haven't been reimbursed. Dissatisfied with the shipping time. I chose this site because it was specified that I could receive my order on Thursday. The order was dispatched on Friday (despite my Tuesday e-mail) and I was only able to pick it up on Monday. As a result, my nephew got a voucher for a home-made model for his birthday.

I give the kit itself high marks. Very accurate representation of the Fw-19 A5. Also in my favorite scale.1/18th. The only complaints I have about my experience is that the model came wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap. Fortunately no damage but an external protective box would have been safer. Also as regards the kit no swastika decals were provided. I understand international laws regarding the swastika but not even supplying decals for a display model is in my opinion somewhat extreme. Overall happy with 1001 Hobbies and Hobby Bosss kit.

Great item a very competitive price however there was a delay with the delivery as it came from outside the UK which I wasn���t aware of when I ordered and it was held by the couriers as there was missing paperwork which they had to wait for this was a copy of the invoice which when I received the delivery was in a open clear document pocket taped on the outside of the parcel this had all my personal details and some bank details on the document that could be accessed by anyone that chose to do so I can���t say I am very impressed with this so I will be thinking hard and long before I orde
