Order placed and paid onFebruary 12 and still not received to this day of or a single

I've been waiting 1 month for my order and still nothing...

Order placed on February 12 and still no dispatch notice. Very slow order preparation even though the products were in stock. I give 2 stars because there are a lot of references on this site. But when you charge for delivery at this rate and more than 10 days later you still have nothing at home for no apparent reason, it's a shame.

Sent the wrong plane, feel duped Hi, Although I appreciated you sending me a ""super chipmunk"", and promptly, it was not all the same as the one I was expecting - the box is totally different and the plane is much smaller than shown. I was expecting the MHD or ""Thunder Tiger"" Chipmunk with 51"" WS as you showed, but instead got the small ""World Models"" which only had a 39"" WS. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know this. I hoped you weren't trying to cheat me....

My purchase sent to wrong country I sent many emails explaining wrong address but was ignorned. It cost me 100 sterling pounds in total to get my parcel directed to correct address very disappointed

Order Number LZNR70WXX I ordered a model on 16th November 2020 and £74.25 was taken from my bank account. It appears that Hermes made two attempts but were unable to deliver the package and returned it to you. We have had numerous other parcels delivered by Hermes. Hermes Tracking Number 551639530371039.. Nothing was heard from you, nor my money returned, so I phoned you on the number you advertise, which appears to be no longer available. I got through and a very nice lady told me she had a record of this and was waiting for the warehouse to issue the necessary document. She said she would chase it and let me know within the next day or so. This model is the last one you have in stack so is important. Needless to say, despite trying to contact you, I haven't heard a word so far and wonder if you would be kind enough to take some interest in this matter and either return my money or send the model.

The product I ordered was delivered in the wrong language After emailing and calling customer service several times, a week later I am still waiting for a solution It is possible, of course, that one may still be forthcoming hence this review is subject to some reservations

Item conformed to description however I was hugely disappointed with customer service. Facing a manifestation of bugs of their servers and a new order issued I received the item well over 2 weeks after the order without receiving news regarding the status of the same despite several emails sent to ask for clarification. To top it off beyond bad service a price doubled compared to other ecommerce sites.

Terrible customer service! Never answers the phone and very occasionally emails without giving any answer. I placed an order on 14122020 and at 19022021 I still have NO news of the delivery date.

Good evening I have just received my parcel this evening and I am very disappointed indeed on the order 2 of the 3 brushes are broken and the marks of paints do not correspond to my order.I wanted paint of the Humbrol mark (mark which I find of very good quality) and on the 6 pots ordered I received only one pot of this mark I do not think of placing any more order with you Cordially Stéph

Geen nieuws over verdere afhandeling. Telefoonnummer op de site werkt niet en geeft in het Frans aan dat je maar moet mailen. Hoop dat het goed komt, maar krijg inmiddels een slecht gevoel bij de afloop van mijn aankoop hier. Zeker nu reacties op vragen uitblijven. Wil deze ervaring als waarschuwing hier delen.

The company itself is fine. The courier service however is abysmal. I realise that this is supposed to be a review of 1001, however if they choose to give business to a delivery company that is frankly unfit for purpose then they are themselves guilty by association. That's how easy it is to have your own reputation ruined.
