For my first purchase on the site I had ordered a metal model, but I received a poorly made plastic one, with torn packaging and a scratched transparent presentation case that was impossible to put in a window. I haven't heard from them since, despite an e-mail exchange. I don't recommend

I ordered the 711 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th ...message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th the parcel was available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today the parcel is apparently available again ...third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... more to come next week .

Wrong product delivered. After a long correspondence with sending pictures and barcode of the wrongly delivered item and return to France on own account again the same wrong item delivered. Very bad.

I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. On November 30 I inquired at Correos and was told that the package had not been delivered by the sender. I complained again to 1001 and this time they told me that they will collect information which is what they should have answered in my first complaint.

On 15-11-2020 I placed an order and as of today (01-12-2020) it has not arrived. It does not look like it is going to arrive soon because it is supposed to be registered in the post office since 26-11-2020 and it is still only in the first step of shipment (and there are 4

The order is not complete and this is not the first time! On customer service you have to wait a long time and when you finally get to speak to someone it has to be in English.

On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held. Be careful and above all be aware of where to find them.

On the day of receipt I sent a message via the ''support'' button to customer service with a short description of the problem and pictures of the product I received A day later I received a reply asking if I wanted to send pictures of the product I did this again In the end I spent more than a week with no more than 1 e-mail per day in an attempt to explain the difference and to arrange a solution for the wrongly sent product. Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. I'm obliged to give the worst mark because I still haven't received my order.

I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.

Order placed on 10.11.2020. Today is 25.11.2020 and I still haven't received anything. The tracking system tells me that my parcel is still being prepared by the sender. I'm really wondering, no communication from 1001 maque.
