an order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part! Their customers mean nothing to them! I would advise anyone not to buy from them!

The two-week delay in dispatching the model was surprising in itself. The model was never delivered anyway, it's still in an inaccessible Mondial Relay depot that refuses to drop it off at the chosen relay point! I had a relay point 50 meters from my home (rue Vaubecour), but it was impossible to select it. The relay point on rue Tupin doesn't seem suitable to receive your products! What

Average, because even though the references were all available and dispatched quickly, order taking was more than laborious (numerous slowdowns and bugs) and the order preparer confused HU022 with HU220, so it wasn't the right color! order of 711 I was to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th parcel available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today parcel apparently available again . third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... I made this comment three days ago . since then well nothing ... tel rings in a vacuum no message no communication . in view of the countless positive reviews I'm really out of luck . what can I do?

Unfortunately, prices are extremely high compared to other model suppliers. Lead times are extremely long. I tested another supplier a week ago and received the mock-up within three days of ordering, with a price difference of 30% compared with your site. You'll understand that I won't be ordering from you again.

Order placed at the beginning of October with all products in stock on the site. The sum was debited from my account 3 days later even though the parcel had still not been dispatched!!!! 2 weeks later I phoned the customer service and was met by a charming person who assured me that I would receive the parcel in two days....... guess!!!!!!! Nothing after two days. The following week I call back and get the same person who's sorry and tells me she's seeing her boss about my order and has to call me back or send me a text message....... guess!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the sms!!!!!..... I call back the following week and again come across the same person and tell him of my dissatisfaction and request a refund for my order. He understands my request and guarantees that I'll get my refund at the end of the week...... guess!!!!!!! I had to call again the following week to find another person who finally refunded my money. In short, the site doesn't send orders and doesn't honor customer requests..... I've deleted my account. There are many other more competent sites in France and abroad.

Not happy at all. There was no indication of what scale the plane was. I presumed for the price it would be 132 and it was a tiny 1/72nd scale. Feel I was deceived through the sake. I plan to return the goods when I���m able to find the time. Not a good exper

My order still hasnt got to the parcel service yet after 7 days then i need to wait for it to get delivered i under stad its hard with covid but it should at least be with the parcel company by now

The delivery was quite slow (this was indicated on the website by the way because it is due to the structure of the store) so it was only 14 days later that it was offered to Post NL Who also needed almost a week but that is not the fault of the store What is annoying is that 1 of the boxes was flattened apparently without damage to the contents but the shipping box was apparently not resistant to the forces encountered during transport I have had better experiences elsewhere

For my first purchase on the site I had ordered a metal model, but I received a poorly made plastic one, with torn packaging and a scratched transparent presentation case that was impossible to put in a window. I haven't heard from them since, despite an e-mail exchange. I don't recommend

Wrong product delivered. After a long correspondence with sending pictures and barcode of the wrongly delivered item and return to France on own account again the same wrong item delivered. Very bad.

It’s a shame It’s a shame, a kit of this large size and substantial weight was shipped with no box only bubble wrap and of course arrived with a pretty banged up box!

I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. On November 30 I inquired at Correos and was told that the package had not been delivered by the sender. I complained again to 1001 and this time they told me that they will collect information which is what they should have answered in my first complaint.

Website is not reliable Promises are not kept Dutch site but you are spoken to in French and then on request in English Part of the delivery was not immediately in stock To find out I called 4 times Promises were kept partially and late 2x was only delivered after the umpteenth phone call If nothing changes then for me it was the 1st and last time

The order is not complete and this is not the first time! On customer service you have to wait a long time and when you finally get to speak to someone it has to be in English.
