Shipping extremely long more than a week to ship my package and difficult to contact them the site is not

I did not receive the parcel!

The package never arrived. I emailed several times and the same tracking link was submitted stating the packing was in the UK. This went on for 2 weeks and still no package. Ended up buying the same thing on Amazon. I was very disappointed.

My order Order (Ref 231316) has shown as being shipped for the last 5 days on the 1001 Hobbies site but Hermes tracking (5925887303705192) says that they have no received it from you? The postage is not cheap at ��6.99, Royal mail would have been a cheaper and more reliable option! Please advise what has actually happened to my parcel, if I'm going to get it and

Despite my patience, it's very DIFFICULT to make the circus CORRECTLY...! A simple tube of glue doesn't do the job, so I had to use a glue gun to make some of the assemblies. Corresponding model but only 4 colors for the paint and it is water-based paint as for the children's decorations so very limited in quality I had to recommend the paint on the side additional expense of more than 25 euros it was not the goal I had seen the model cheaper elsewhere but I took it because there was glue and paint.

Paid but no order was created. After 2 weeks requested for order to be made. Promised delivery time was 2-4 days. Got it in more than a weeks time ... from France and not DE.

I got the model kit I ordered in a reasonable period of time considering that it was shipped from France and delivered to me in California. It arrived in good condition with no broken parts. It is good to know that there is a place to get model kits at a good price which may not be readily available or not available at all from other sources.
