More than 3 weeks delay to receive the order !!! Payment was taken immediately. On receipt: the resin part broken into several unrecoverable pieces! No rigid packaging to protect the pieces just a bubble envelope 10 times too big. And we pay 8€ for shipping. Pathetic. Compared with European sites that ship within 3 days with a parcelag

Bestelnummer 225643. Op de site staat 3-5 dagen levertijd. Inmiddels drie weken verder en artikel staat nog steeds op �in behandeling�. Twee keer gemaild en twee keer een Copy Paste bericht terug gekregen dat het nog 3-5 werkdagen duurt. Slechte zaak!

I bought six items on 19-09-20 under number 50AGD19ZL and received only five last week ! Three days ago I spoke to an English speaking lady of your customer service who told me that in your system only two items were sent to me????. According to you I should still receive three items while I am missing one Z6217 ( British 25lb howitzer) I was supposed to receive a refund voucher by mail but haven't received it yet! Your administration is apparently a chaos and you are totally not customer friendly!

This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.

My order didn't arrive on time, even after a telephone conversation, the deadline I was given didn't correspond. What's more, I ordered subjects that were painted in the photos, whereas in the box they were to be PAINTED. I reported this by phone and the person I spoke to told me that she would give me a credit of 700 euros.

Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als 'aangemeld' maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel, want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober, na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober, geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.

The instructions are very bad. They trell you to hit a bind button that is not there. My boat has a sticky rudder so it cannot turn left.

Got my model paints suuuper quick!! I am very impressed and I knew details of my shipment all along the way. Very satisfied. Products arrive in optimum shape. Reccomend this website wholeheartedly.

Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company. Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service... Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.
