22 days, no tracking ID and they have no idea when/were my item is 22 days no tracking number, they keep passing it off as we am waiting for it to get to us, they tryed fobbing me off with a 5% off another item DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor Customer Service Thought this was a UK company as it said 1001modelkits.co.uk and it had a UK phone number. Found out after placing order that they are in France. The site does not have live stock details so when you find out the kits you have ordered are unavailable that is when the problem starts. Trying to get your money refunded is very difficult with delay tactics in reply emails. Had to use Paypal dispute process to get my money refunded. Would never use them again, extremely poor customer service. I Do not recommend this seller.

Priority shipping not honoured I ordered a model costing over 120 euros and elected to pay for quicker shipping which guaranteed delivery in 3 days. 10 days later the model arrived and my request to have the shipping costs refunded was refused as they claimed they could not refund postage as the models had already been shipped! If I had known this was a French company I would never have ordered from them.

Purchase of HMS Victory 134 cm model from Billing. The absence of plate 3239L-2 has been reported several times. Still no solution proposed! So I'm left with a 600€ model that I can't finish! I hope to be able to find the money to finish this boat with a more reliable company.

Customer service unable to validate the credit notes they granted me, not to mention an order that still hasn't arrived after more than 4 weeks of waiting, even though I had removed the items that were no longer in stock in order to speed things up ... e

Month and a half without receiving my order. When I ask about their delivery date they reply that they do not have it in stock. The least decent thing was for them to have contacted me a week after I placed the order to notify me that they are out of stock, not a month and a half later when I was the one who asked about my order. I still have not received my money back.

I paid 12 euros for fast shipping as it was a birthday gift. It's been a month and nothing zero solutions. ES

I ordered 2 Simpsons talking bottle openers. The packaging on one was already open on receipt & didn���t work. The other is properly packaged but you can test the talking as there���s an instruction on the packet to do that. It doesn���t work either. The same day I received them I emailed 1001 model kits & explained. I sent photos. I said I wanted to return them & get either 2 that worked or a refund. I got an email back saying they didn���t accept back things that had been opened & suggested that they might need new batteries!! These things were new! But I had not opened them - they are still as they were as I���m still waiting to hear from them about what they���re going to do! Parts are missing.

On an order that there were problems with the supplier for 2 items out of 10 they did not send me the order. It has been 20 days. I have asked them to advance me what they have but they tell me that they will send me the order only when everything is ready. I am still waiting

Once I have contacted them via support on the webpage they finally told me there was an issue with the stock levels, which is understandable but should have been made aware at time or purchase or been contacted directly when prior the expected delivery date. Once they reply via email any response you send back there is no action. I had to contact the 6 times via the support every time going no where. 10 days after the expected delivery date, and after for the 3rd time requesting to cancel the order and refund the money, I receive a new order confirmation email, UNBELIEVABLE. Do not buy anything, they are scammers. I ordered several things from them and they didn't send everything. I sent them several mails and they don't even answer. Not recommended at all.

Had absolutely no issues ordering a body kit from them from overseas they packed and shipped it fast and it was exactly what I ordered. They kept my order status up to date via emails and shipping notifications.

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

June 2nd 2020: They replied to say one of the tins was not in stock. They offered a voucher in lieu of the product or a different product of my choice (+ or - 5% of the original value). June 4th 2020: I replied to say I would accept an alternative product priced �7.99 plus a �3 voucher. June 6th 2020: Having had no reply from them I re-sent the email of June 4th. June 10th 2020: Having had no reply to either of my previous emails I emailed again asking them to cancel the original order and issue a refund as I had lost faith in their ability to fulfil the order. June 17th 2020: A reply � at last! � but it does not acknowledge my emails or refer to any requests from me it simply re-states the fact that the product is unavailable and offers a voucher in lieu (not even the choice of a product as previously). I have tried to ring on numerous occasions but the phone number does not work. Clearly in light of the above I do not want the voucher or indeed the goods originally ordered (and paid for) on April 27th as I have now bought them elsewhere. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
