Still nothing received

Couldn't track my order on the website or get in contact to find out what was happening, went onto Facebook and saw lots of people hadn't received their goods and got worried, almost 2 weeks before I received my goods so very expensive delivery charges in my opinion.

Too expensive Other providers up to 200% cheaper.

I received the little model and despite the packaging it arrived a broken piece. Disappointed and had no response via email! Poor customer service!

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!

Order placed on March 29 and never arrived. Evaso by the way with express shipping. Phone contact only Frenchhave only responded to my emailsnon translated well into Italian. The delivery dates in the emails were just lies. My parcel sent several times was supposed to arrive on April 14. Never seen such a thing. I asked for cheap return.

Excellent products (at the moment I have only viewed them on the Web page). Considering the Covid 19 emergency situation I do not think it is acceptable that the order (INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD) placed on the 3rd is shipped the requested material only on the 8th (having paid as much as 10 euros for shipping and having promised delivery by the 10th). Zero rating on the organization!!! I await a business proposal from the Company including an apology!!! WARNING!!!

Order placed on March 29 with choice of shipping by express courier for an additional charge. The package appears to have been shipped on April 8 but to date it has not arrived. In addition, the link provided on the site for DHL courier tracking does not work so it is not possible for me to get any information about the shipment. I understand the inconvenience due to Covid 19 however it does not seem to me to be a service up to the mark. I cannot give any evaluations on the quality of the goods as I have not yet received them.

About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.

An infinite time not even in case of nuclear armageddon would have taken so long to arrive especially when compared to all other e-commerce sites that have always shipped in reasonable time.
