ordered on april 23rd and still has not arrived today may 2nd. it is logical a little late with the situation but I have ordered other products and in 2 or 3 days was .... very bad serv.

Big scam I ordered figurines on the site twice as expensive as on another thinking that these were painted as shown in all the photos but on arrival I find myself with unpainted figurines paid full price and totally unusable. I pay 20 € for an express delivery that should have arrived on April 8. Well, the package arrived more than 2 weeks later. In addition they tell you that the package is already shipped when in fact if you track it it says that it has not left their facilities. I understand that this is a difficult business situation and people are being very understanding. But what cannot be tolerated is that customers are being taken for fools by lying to them.

Out of 12 pots ordered, 2 do not conform. I ordered a steel red and received a steel red pot with dark grey inside. The delivery time was very long, but in a complicated health period, no blame can be laid. Decu on the other hand of these errors for which I'll have to make a new order.

Covid has a good back. Change the delivery dates on the site and at least answer the phone to reassure customers. If I did that with my customers....Bref I wouldn't order from 1001 hobb any more.

Extremely disappointed !!!!!! Over 1 month and a half for delivery!!! Upon receipt of the package no paint matches the color needed for the project!!! Despite ordering the accessory kit, a salesman advised us over the phone! 30€ all the same !!!! I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). Delivery from 25.03.20 has still not arrived. No one can be reached by phone. There is no response to the second and subsequent emails. Once and never again.

Unreliable site!!! They give the possibility to order everything and then they don't have the availability in stock and they don't know when the new goods arrive. Of 4 puzzles they will send me maybe one after more than a month of waiting and only because I inquired otherwise who knows how many months I would have to wait. SHAME!!! VERY BAD SERVICE

15 days after payment the goods have not yet been assigned to the courier I wonder how they do all lucky customers who complain only 2 days delay at most 3 you see I was unlucky or maybe ... bah...I keep waiting for Update: Package arrived ""only"" 18 days after order very ruined outer wrapper and inside a pitiful packaging many of the boxes had damage.
