Order placed on April 9, nothing received despite shipping costs impossible to reach by phone. Really not serious on their part. Beware

For an order placed on 1304 and with the shipment confirmation e-mail on the 15th, here is the follow-up: Your Colissimo will soon be entrusted to us! It is being prepared by your sender. No reply to the e-mail, no information on the site. In short, 1001 maquettes collects but doesn't send - it's not a postal problem. I won't be recommending this site any more, especially as it has competitors with a catalog that's just as good.

I still haven't received anything

I ordered the 7042020 and still haven't received anything. I took a model from stock and sent it within two days, but with the coronas I don't mind a little delay, but two weeks without any email to warn of a possible delay is not good.

Today, April 21st, the order of April 3rd has not arrived. When it arrives it will remain closed and at the end of the confinement I will return it for a refund. No information. Nothing. They announce that during COVID they are still shipping. I paid for express service but 12 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received anything. I received the little model and despite the packaging it arrived a broken piece. Disappointed and had no response via email! Poor customer service!

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!
