The model that I bought for around 40€ went down to 27€ a few days after my purchase. There was no special offer on this product, so I don't understand and I'm not sure that I'll be able to afford it.

I bought a model of the Mach2 series. When I opened the box I noticed that there were numerous defects at the plastic injection points. I sent an email to complain with photos. All parts of the fuselage are affected. 1001 maquettes replied, saying that the problem was well known and that buyers know that poor-quality models need to be retouched before assembly. There are holes and very pronounced imperfections. I can't see how I can make them disappear, especially as it's a rocket and there are drawings in the fuselage, so it's impossible to make up for them. I'm a jewelry maker, so I know all about surface treatment. 1001 maquettes offers me a €15 voucher for a €70 model, which curiously enough is €40 on the official French Mach2 website. I know it's not your problem but it's been shipped since April 3rd and it's the 13th and I haven't received the package...I guess this situation slows down the shipping.

Disappointed with my purchase! The image and description do not correspond to the model I received! The model ordered is reference 2464 with two characters as indicated on the visual and on the detailed description. The model received is reference 2464A with a single character and is much less qualitative in terms of design! In other words, I would have chosen another website, AMAZON, which offered the model delivered for less. My son's enthusiasm at the time of receipt got the better of the packaging before seeing that the model didn't match, so it was impossible to return the parcel! Please modify your advert and clearly indicate the model you actually supply and possibly make a commercial gesture! In spite of everything, I didn't know the COBI brand and products.

I find the lack of professionalism of this company shameful. I bought two items that were listed as available. I sent them an email and they replied that they are missing the paintings.On April 15 I send them another email requesting a refund and they replied that it has already been sent that you can check the order on a shipping website. The service is very good.

The model is not of great quality but it is according to its economic price so it is fine. The only thing that makes the product more expensive is the shipping cost... I like the company, they deliver on time and without any problem with the payment.

Not at all satisfied I keep getting emails asking me if I am satisfied with my first purchase on this site but I still have not received the item. It is about days late and don't use the excuse of the emergency that is affecting us as I buy quite a lot of modeling items on the internet and it is all coming to me regularly even things from California from Germany and Japan. I think I am not buying from this site anymore.
