Order still not received for a week I contacted the SAV and obviously the order was lost in the mail.

Nefarious experience. I try to change the shipping method even if I have to pay but I prefer to have tracking number. 2º In the system I try to ask for it to be sent by registered mail with tracking number. 3º The system does not let me because it automatically redirects me to the ECO shipping method ... very smart on their part so they have the excuse to communicate to their victim that the package has been lost because they can not track it ... in the XXI century few packages are lost. 4º Shortly after my purchase they send me an email saying that my package should have arrived by now but it is still in transit.... (I wonder how they can track it if it is not supposed to be in transit). 5º Entering in my 1001maquetas account and checking my order etc I see a tracking number ....!!!!! surprise !!!! must be courtesy of 1001maquetas and finally they send it to me with tracking. 6º Nothing at all, another joke for the poor victim who has trusted you. 7º This tracking number does not exist. As I said before, seeing the multiple complaints about you in situations like mine, I don't understand why you do this. Hello I took a delivery by collissimo proposed by the site.
