Delivery late and packaging damaged but product conforms.

Problems on the website. No list of delivery points but an error message. No possibility to cancel an out-of-stock product line because of a computer error message. You get the feeling that the site isn't finished or badly tested. On the other hand, after a phone call, the responsiveness was very good. I got the products on time

Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore.
