Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Shocking customer service Awful phone system. Extremely slow delivery, 2-3 weeks when already dispatched. Nothing was stated on website at time of purchase. Awful email received. Very upsetting to be called a liar and slating my behaviour for leaving an honest review....

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Never again. Corrupt actions abroad poor communication at the expense of the customer!!! Over 200 euros is a lot of money I have to work for!

I was surprised by the 12-day delivery time mentioned on the article but not really highlighted... You should also review your notification system: I received no less than 25 emails notifying me of each micro-step in the order and delivery process.

Hi I recently made a purchase of a Titanic model to give as a gift to my son I was really disappointed to the point that I threw the box in the garage and am looking on the net for more item. hello

Very good model, only one drawback. It would have been nice to have a detailed document on the tools needed and the useful colors for each of the models. This would have saved me time, as I have to find the necessary colors, which is currently blocking me.

Out of an order of 8 items, one arrived wrong (possibly due to a mistake by the warehouse worker in reading the code). Now I find myself with one item not requested and one to be requested again. As a start it is not very promising.

The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

Good selection of products good prices. Only complaint was that delivery was a little bit slow but not a dealbreaker for me as long as I get the stuff I ordered and it is intact!

total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. For""non-contractual photo"" is not indicated anywhere... so I don't have a bag to take on my flight in 4 days I'll have to settle for something else and pay an unexpected sum for it! Sadly I am currently disappointed. I have paid and received the wrong products that were destined for another customer. I sent an email in both English and French with the details of the described above to which I have had no response. Please reply to my email and send me the correct products!

Product matched in the decription but not in the image posted on the site. Also the shipping charges were carucce. Other than that very good experience.
