the box of my order was ripped open and for my second order I should have had a discount of 5 euros that was not the case ... thank you for keeping me informed.

20 days have passed and my order has not arrived !!! Tracking does not work either! Never again !!!!!

the preparation + delivery times need to be reviewed (order placed on May 10, delivery in a relay point (the weak point, you might say?) on May 21. I placed 2 similar orders in England and Check Republic on the same day, delivered in less than an hour.

Disastrous plastic quality! Unacceptable for a model of this price. Given that you're already very expensive compared to others, I don't think I'll be continuing with you. My previous order was given 5 working days and was delivered in over a month... Look for the mistake! Especially since 1001 maquettes doesn't wait more than a month to collect the order! The item did not fit my needs according to its dimensions as they are very small. They do not accept returns under any circumstances and do not comply with their return policy. Besides poor quality of materials and delays in delivery. I do not recommend buying their products at all.

Order placed on 17042019. Worried about the time spent on 25042019 I decided to contact the website chat. So you need to know that for example: 4 copies available does not mean that there are 4 copies in stock but rather 4 copies available from the 1001 Maquettes supplier. The delay in delivery (non-preparation of the order) is that a model is in restocking (whereas on the site it is available in 2 copies) approximately 2 days later the parcel is prepared and dispatched. No compensation, no discount, no coupon ... in short, no commercial gesture. I'm a bit disappointed by the confusing way the site is managed. We'll see how it goes ... Further to your reply to my review: I'm not going back on the shipping time. But as soon as you validate your order"". No customer service - you're told you'll get a reply within a few days, but it never comes. I had to call several times to get a refund... in short, a very bad experience.

No paint

Excessive shipping charges. Not clear that the shipment is made from France and therefore with an additional fee of Euro 397 (which adds up to 1194 shipping) in an amount of 24 euros. As for the goods all perfect.

Well you found what you were looking for that is very good for me as a customer and good prices the downside is that you have to wait for my understanding a long time to receive orders but they arrive which is important. No hurry.

In general, I'd rather rate the 1001 Maquettes site: the advantage of this site is that it offers an absolutely plethoric catalog! Quite simply, are you looking for a particular model? A rare part? Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in french when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.
