I had ordered the 1st Spanish electric submarine, Péra, and I received ... a model of an English steam submarine... Admittedly, I could have returned it to you because the order did not correspond to the product received, although the correct references were on the invoice. But being ill and not having all my mobility I didn't have the courage to queue up at the Post Office to return it to you. In fact, for want of anything better to do, I assembled it: it took me 1 hour and that was it. So it was a very disappointing experience. This was the first time I've contacted you, and unfortunately the test was not conclusive, so this will be the last.

Order validated on 302 Order amount withdrawn on our account on 502 Order shipped on 502 (announced delay 3 to 4 days) No news on 902 I send an e-mail to 1001 maquettes no answer so far.... No news to date (it's 2302). This is simply unacceptable! The models were intended to keep my son busy during his school vacations which are coming to an end.... I won't be ordering from this store again, and it's not my fault!

A big rip-off! After I ordered and paid in advance, I was suddenly told that the item was no longer available. Since then I have been fighting to get my money back. Several deadlines were ignored and now my lawyer is active. I can only advise anyone not to order here.

Been told it will hopefully be back in stock by February 25 and if it's in stock it still need to ship to Texas I had to complain in few emails and finally got one of two I ordered shipped the second is still on backorder. I received first part of order on March 9th.

They say you rarely get a second chance to make a good impression. For a first order I'm disappointed. This site is a waste of time. An item is indicated as being in stock and after several days you are told that it is unavailable. Refund made one week after the order date. No commercial gesture. I'll never go there again. The order and delivery went smoothly. However, the two Hobbymasters (F-35 and F-16) had no assembly instructions in the boxes. Prices for some models can be much higher than elsewhere. The on-site store in Paris is just an office (nothing to sell there). That said, the on-site staff is young.

I am obliged to put a star for my comment to be validated but if it were possible to put negative stars that's what I would do ... it's unacceptable to sell this the dimensions are deceptive the quality is mediocre to pay so expensive shipping costs to wait so long to have his model it's called theft. I don't recommend it at all. For the record, this model was supposed to help me present a project as part of my studies, but I'm thinking of not presenting anything because I risk making a fool of myself.
