A little disappointed after ordering the 12122018 I received the order yesterday at 13 hours I do not tell you the stress and fortunately I intervened several times if-no nothing under the tree. Ex: to save 48heures the shipment was made by colissimo instead of the carrier. You'll understand my disappointment.

Nefarious service I placed an order on November 25 and being December 24 I have not received anything. They do not give me any clear answer only that they do not have the tracking number of their carrier. I have sent 5 mails asking for my money back and they are giving me a long time... no solution? none... #e

This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. What would have happened if I hadn't phoned? I don't know what would have happened. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped me with my calls. They were very professional and really great. But at the time I put 3 stars and not 4. I hope it will get better in case

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. They don't have a UK warehouse. They take orders letting you believe they have stock which they don't. When I finally get someone a the phone(in France) he didn't really care about the issues that I had pointed out and offered no way to fit it. If you are thinking of ordering DON'T. Move on to the next page and hopefully have better luck than I have had with these people.

just one comment: the descriptions displayed in your catalog only give the scale and not the dimensions of some of the models to be built, which is annoying if you want to get an idea of the dimensions of the construction.

Package arrived on time but unfortunately the model box is missing ~80% of the parts, which are impossible to assemble in these conditions. 1001Maquette contacted me by e-mail and I'm waiting for their reply to see how to solve this problem. I would like to thank the extremely efficient after-sales service, who sent me a photo of my problem and decided to send me back the same model free of charge, this time in its entirety and just before Christmas.
