The carrier ""La Poste"" are USELESS. According to the tracking they attempted delivery on 611 again on 711 then again on 1411 and the next notice I have is on 2611 which says they are returning it to sender. They have not called me on my cell phone to arrange a time for delivery nor have they left a note or anything. They have done nothing to try to contact me. Inexplicable. Logically as I think almost everyone I am not 24 hours a day without leaving home but it was as easy as making me a call .... Time wasted now to claim the money and I'm left without the product.... Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that’s worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That’s like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

The purchase process worked smoothly and there is no reason to criticize. The goods received corresponded to the description and the quality is ok. However, the delivery is a disaster! Waiting three to four weeks after ordering within the EU for a product is unacceptable. Furthermore, I had problems with their support as I received a response but only after two days!!!! I consider that charge excessive for the small, lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable, I would have rated my experience as five star.

Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.
