Like many others, I've noticed that the packaging leaves something to be desired (simply filmed) and that one of the 4 boxes ordered is open (open seals, parts outside the bags = missing parts?). If you want to offer something as a gift, be sure to order in advance (in my case, I missed my nephew's birthday and had to buy something else as a back-up). Customer support answers the phone well, yes. But it's a problem with our logistician"". As for the return order form inside, nothing to do with what I ordered. The return is going to be complicated. In short, for me it's a failure, and frankly a shame.

Hello I would like to give my opinion but my parcel ordered on 78 has still not arrived. 3 delivery point changes with Mondial Relay. Normally I'd pick it up today: it's 1:45 pm and still not delivered.

Arrived on the dot..All as ordered. A fast service and an attentive one.

I ordered a glue for polystyrene. The glue I was sent melted the polystyrene.

Nothing to see with the photo for the price we will not talk about 100€ not even the glue and supplies in short otherwise the model and well party parts well repro

a little disappointed with the reception of my order 4 models ordered on 25718received 3 models on 23718 1° non respect of the delivery time 2° incomplete order 3° packing shipment suffered from the tansportwith the consequences that can be guessed. i keep my confidence in youdespite these small hassles hoping that these worries will not have any resonnance in my future ordersin which case my preference will go to other suppliers.

Although I already had a shipping confirmation, I was asked several times to complete the process. Result: unnecessary e-mail traffic ...and all for about 20 €. The delivered model fully met my expectations.

Arrived damaged I have glued on the broken head of the figure and have already painted the two figures and installed them in a model. No further reaction is therefore necessary.

After cancelling my order (179392) because of the delays they told me the amount to be refunded and I accepted. That was the 24052018. Today 19082018 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK. I sent an email on 11072018 which has not been answered. I am very disappointed

As you would imagine, it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But, it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001, use boxes, even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however, so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. Thank you.

i chose this site for the large choice of paints and the timely delivery, but despite the large choice, the prices of the models are way out of line. for example, the astrolabe at 356.25 with the 6% discount, i found it at 219 on another site.

The delivery time was very good. And the preparation of the order was very quick, perhaps too quick as the packaging was basic. A little more I lost one of the parts of my order. What's more, the catalog I should have received was replaced by a simple moto.... poster, so I was a little disappointed.

Packaging always arrives damaged... Why don't you pack your orders properly?

I have been ripped off and robbed. I made the return of the products purchased (It was for a gift and I made a mistake in the scale of products) and almost two months later I have not received any refund or voucher for the amount spent or anything like that. I have been trying for two weeks to contact them by phone and email and there is no way they will answer my calls or emails. I have neither the products nor the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and robbed.

Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open. This is the first time that I have had a problem hopefully the last all other orders were great.

For the colors you have to pay another 25- € and it is an immense work!!! According to the product information, the material is very harmful to health - you shouldn't actually touch it.... Positive: Very large variety of figures!
