As you would imagine, it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But, it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001, use boxes, even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however, so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. I have been ripped off and robbed. Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open. Highly unadvisable, I ordered a model that was announced and then finally sent 10 days after the announced time. The latter were delivered by a problematic service provider (mondial relay) who delivered to a store that had never been opened! 1001 maquettes hides behind the fact that it has no control over its delivery service providers. Highly unadvisable if you want a confident site capable of delivering professionally. Today, 28 days after my order, I still have nothing and my parcel is still in a collection center.

On October 20, 2013 I made a purchase on this page of models to assemble the purchase had the order number 025823 and a value of 13836€ To be delivered in Madrid. By an error of this company the address was written incompletely I know this because in the mails that they sent me said "that the address was incomplete and that the postal company MRW was going to return the order" and also that as soon as it was in the hands of 1001maquetas they would send it again.
