It has taken 14 days since I paid for it and I have sent two emails and they haven't even replied.

I ordered goods from you on 30.04.18 which have not yet arrived on 16.05.18. On 7.5.18 I received the message that it has been sent. Question: Will it arrive on foot?????

After 20 days I have not received anything . Only one communication after my requests with a very stupid answer that smacks of an apology . I will take legal action against these pseudo sellers Continue to publish lies . In the reply sent.a.ma it talks about a technical error on the part of your shipping department . I take legal action I do not intend to lose 75 euros .

Had just what I was looking for at a very good price

I'm sorry that the order preparation time is so long, almost a week. What's more, the box is huge for two small boxes - huge volume = very high international shipping costs. No personal note in the box either, even though this is done almost everywhere. You can feel that the boxes have been put in the box and that's a shame.

The best thing for you to do right now is to lower all your models to 25%. I wanted to order a Bismarck, a German battleship. But looking at other sites, the same box was 10EUR less.

The model was VERY reasonably priced and arrived here sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again -- in fact once I finish this kit I probably WILL order another kit from them!

Products conformed and delivery time respected, but the items were stacked one on top of the other without any protection in a cardboard-type pouch. Some of the products were made of glass, which could have been shattered if delivered in a glass container.

Month and a half and still have not received the order. You contact customer service and they ignore it and pass the buck to the shipping company. I have been using it for a long time and I am very happy with it.

Ordering 129009 made on 24032018 and here we are still waiting! I don't know what happened but after one month I wish to ask for return! And who knows how long you have to wait for the return as well?

bonjour pour cette premiére commnde (test)...la livraison a été trée longue la marque de cette maquette n'est pas la meilleure je suis habitué a faire mes maquettes chez d'autres marques russe et allemande 1 commande livraison trés longue....maquette mal découpé trop de barbe ....piece manquante demi-barque ....manque le pavillon russe....piece fragile cassé......I know you're not in the parcel as the box is a bit cracked it must be an old model the parcel received was well protected and well packaged neanmonis I would recommend 1001 maquettes if the models interest me thank you for the catalog I would like to specify that I model boats and submarines recent and old only cordiale

Nooit Meer ....shi.... Voor de eerste maal een bestelling gedaan op 04/04/2018 . Na een 8 dagen mailtje verzonden met de vraag waar mijn bestelling was. Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ???? Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay. Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen. We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering??? Totaal onaanvaardbaar. Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

Processing time from online order to dispatch is quite long at 6 days. Then there was another very long delivery time. I ordered online on 5.4. the shipment was sent on 11.4. and I received it on 19.4. That's definitely too long for me.

I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.
