Good processing Quality also ok. But the gears are not available individually. I only needed one but had to buy 4. The delivery time is really too long. The whole thing took 2 weeks.

Following the loss of a parcel from the post office, 1001 maquettes undertook to replace the order within a timeframe that was a little long for my taste, as was the processing of the order, which was also a little long, taking 8 to 10 days despite the availability of items + the shipping time, which is a shame for items that are available. Apparently it's not the first time that parcels don't arrive at their destination. isn't it better, with the deplorable and catastrophic service and the repeated thefts from the post office, to ask for a delivery against signature on receipt? or better to change the method of shipment. the 2nd delivery was made by parcel relay to avoid a 2nd loss or theft from the post office. The cost of the operation, 6.90 for the shipping charges added to the 7.90 (postage) for the 1st shipment for an order of €26 ...., is a bit expensive for a parcel to be delivered 7 weeks after the order has been placed. Made purchase of a product that was supposed to be delivered in two-three days. Ordered and paid with EXRA DHL to have it in fast time as it was a birthday gift but the product arrived late after 4 days. Reported it to tech support but nothing. I will NOT buy from this site ever again

They've send me the wrong product twice. And in between they've accidentally cancelled my order and set up the wrong product again. They made every mistake they could make twice. It was very weird.

Very good products, but for the HOBBY BOSS brand, it's a shame that the assembly instructions are not translated into French.moreover, when parts are faulty or missing - always for the same brand - it takes a very long time to receive them.I've been waiting three weeks for two broken parts and one missing part.1001 maquettes, on the other hand, is very good.

Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! And the quality of the products 100% in accordance with how it was advertised.

The announced shipping times were not adhered to and the shipment of the goods notified by email actually only took place three days later. There was nothing wrong with the items delivered.
