Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... An efficient hotline that did its utmost to find a solution to this problem.

Delivery times far too long

I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. I have a request that customer service has not answered = Can you inform the customer by email when there is a supply problem with an item? I have read other comments and I see that the problem of speed in processing orders is recurrent. Côte positif' I will recommend your site because the choice is varied and of good quality, hoping that the shipping service will be more reactive. It's better to receive items before a birthday ....

The contacts, the orders and the help have been very satisfactory. The delivery system leaves something to be desired. I had to travel 30 kms to pick up my order at the relay point. Best regards Pau

Purchased on 10/16/17 Super Mario Bros. Puzzle Ground Pound Available delivery 2-4days. Called 1 week around Delivery within a week sorry. Bad German French accent.2 weeks around called delivery within a week sorry. so it went on for 6 weeks. Parcel came from France via the Netherlands. I only received false tracking numbers and none for DHL. The same gentleman with the French accent was always difficult to understand, not least because of his loudness. alternative numbers or employees were not available. He was quiet and relatively friendly but not much help. Constantly saying ""delivery will definitely come within a week"" in the hope that it will be right at some point doesn't help. luckily we had bought other birthday presents elsewhere. Even the Chinese would have been quicker and for half the money. Juice store never again!!!!!

many items not available. delivery after 16 days not even a shadow. immediate discharge from credit card. poor or nonexistent item description. very bad experience!

I'm a bit disappointed, but the problem was solved fairly quickly. For example, regarding the stock on the website. I ordered an item which was available in stock but which was not dispatched within a few days as indicated. But I'd still recommend them, as the team did their utmost to sort it out, and many thanks for the wide choice of good quality models.

very bad experience with this site. stock not updated. paint order placed with them with stock available listed on the site. but two weeks later i have to call them to be told that my order is not going to be shipped because of 3 references that are on order... no initiative on their part (delayed shipment, commercial gesture...) I placed the order on a Sunday in the evening. I selected ""prepayment"" as the payment method. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the retailer with a payment reminder. With all due respect, I think it would be appropriate and fair if the retailer gave the customer a little more time to process the payment, even with prepayment. After all, the usual bank transit times must also be taken into account. In return, the retailer did not seem to be in a particular hurry to send the goods, especially when the money is already in his account. Although a delivery time of only a few days was stated, delivery took almost two weeks. Only a friendly reminder to deliver the goods now got things moving. The retailer then sent the goods by DHL parcel. However, the item I ordered was flat and fitted into an A-4 envelope without any problems. It could therefore also have been sent by maxi letter (with the option of registered mail). Firstly, this would have saved shipping costs and secondly, I wouldn't have had to sacrifice an entire day waiting for the parcel carrier. order placed on 03112017 shipped on 07112017 apparently not shipped the same day due to logistician error? As of today 12112017 the order has still not been dispatched.

I received the package on time and in good condition. The only downside is the price for some models, which is up to 50% more than some retailers (the A 400M on the site is 93€, while others offer it for less).

The waiting time until it arrives at the address is too long and you also have to pay shipping costs.
